Two people were arrested Monday after officers found two active one-pot meth labs and 18 spent ones in a Leesburg home, the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department said.
Officers went to the home to serve felony warrants on Thomas Rensberger, 36, of Leesburg and Kira Tuttle, 30, of Warsaw. Inside, officers noticed a strong odor associated with making methamphetamine and discovered the labs, authorities said.
Rensberger was preliminarily charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth precursors and two counts of meth possession. Tuttle faces two preliminarily charges of meth possession.
The two were booked into the Kosciusko County Jail. Rensberger's bail was $20,000, and Tuttle's was $35,000.
