The two eastbound lanes on East State Bouevard will be closed between Parnell and Crescent avenues, the city of Fort Wayne said today.

The restriction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday will allow the Parks and Recreation Department to remove two trees from the park strip area on the south side of the road, the traffic engineering department said in a statement.

Two-way traffic will be maintained using the two westbound lanes, the statement said.
