A water main break near the intersection of Indiana 930 East and Hartzell RoadÖ in New Haven hindered traffic Saturday morning and afternoon.Ö

Some lanes were blocked until about 3:30 p.m.Ö when workers finished repairing the break, an emergency dispatcher said.
