The Indiana Toll Road has issued a wind ban for large trucks from 6 p.m. Thursday to 6 p.m. Friday.

The ban is in effect for the entire length of the Toll Road for all triples and long doubles, excluding low-profile steel haulers, ITR Concession Co. said in a statement.

A winter storm is expected Thursday and Friday, with strong winds, the National Weather Service has said.
