Salsa is a small, 2-year-old spayed black tortoiseshell domestic short hair cat.

“I was brought to the Allen County SPCA by my owner who could no longer care for me anymore.

“I am a very sweet and affectionate girl. I love to carry on conversations. I am a playful gal who enjoys batting toys around with the other kitties at the shelter.

“The staff feels I would do well with children of all ages. I get along well with other cats and even cat-friendly dogs. I am on a special diet for some allergies.

“If you are searching for a new feline friend please don’t pass me by!”

She is available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA, 4914 Hanna St.

The shelter is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
