TinCaps top Lake County

Jace Peterson had three hits, scored three runs and had one RBI in Fort Wayne’s 9-3 victory over Lake County on Friday at Parkview Field.

Donavan Tate had three singles and three RBI as the TinCaps picked up their first win of the season.

Austin Hedges and Alberth Martinez both scored two runs. Martinez also had an RBI double.

Fort Wayne pitchers struck out 14 batters.
